SPECIAL PROJECTS X

Complicated work gets easier when one person owns the whole thing.

Websites, systems, automation, campaigns, research, operations, and the projects that cross all of them.

I step into the work that keeps getting delayed, divided between too many people, or sitting in the middle with no clear owner—and move it forward.

THE ADVANTAGE OF ONE CONNECTED PERSON

Most important projects don't stay in one lane.

A website becomes a copy project. The copy needs research. The launch needs email. The leads need somewhere to go. Then someone realizes the intake process needs fixing too.

The work itself isn't unusual.

The problem is what happens when every piece belongs to a different person.

I can move across those pieces without losing context, which means fewer handoffs, fewer explanations, fewer missed details, and a much better chance that the whole project actually gets finished.

One goal. One thread. Fewer things falling through the cracks.

WHAT YOU CAN HAND ME

What you can hand me.

These aren't rigid service packages. They're examples of the kinds of work I can take on individually or combine when a project needs more than one skill set.

Websites & Digital

When your website no longer reflects the business, isn't doing its job, or simply doesn't exist yet, I can take it from idea to launch.

That can include figuring out the structure, writing and organizing the content, designing the experience, building the site, handling SEO fundamentals, testing the details, and getting it live.

Systems & Operations

When the business is running on memory, scattered documents, messy handoffs, or five different places to find the same information, I create structure.

That may mean a better CRM, a project management system, documentation, dashboards, workflows, SOPs, or simply making the tools you already use work better together.

I can also work inside the systems your team already depends on rather than forcing another platform into the mix.

CRM systems • Project management • Dashboards • SOPs • Process documentation • Tracking systems • Team workflows • Operational cleanup

AI & Automation

If someone is repeatedly copying, sorting, chasing, updating, routing, summarizing, or entering the same information, there is usually a better way.

I look at the actual process first, then use AI, automation, integrations, or simpler workflow changes where they genuinely save time and reduce manual work.

Not every process needs AI. The point is to make the work easier.

AI workflows • Process automation • Integrations • Lead routing • Automated follow-up • Information processing • Internal tools • AI-assisted workflows

Sales & Lead Management

A good lead shouldn't depend on someone's memory.

I can build the pipeline, tracking, outreach, follow-up, and internal workflow that keeps opportunities visible and moving until there is a clear next step.

That can mean building something new or cleaning up a sales process that has grown messy over time.

Email & Campaigns

I create email with a purpose: get the reply, explain the offer, move someone to the next step, bring a lead back, prepare a client, announce something important, or support a launch.

From an individual message to a complete sequence, the strategy, writing, design, and follow-up should all support the same outcome.

Cold outreach • Nurture sequences • Launch campaigns • Client communication • Newsletters • Follow-up sequences • Email design • Campaign messaging

Content & Creative

Sometimes the strategy is already there. What's missing is the finished material.

I can turn ideas, rough notes, existing information, or an incomplete concept into something people can actually see, read, understand, and use.

Social content • Presentations • Graphics • Resource materials • Video • Campaign assets • Branded documents • Marketing collateral

Research & Decision Support

Sometimes the assignment isn't “make this.”

It's “figure this out.”

I can step into an unfamiliar question, research the landscape, organize the useful information, compare options, identify gaps, and turn everything into something you can actually make a decision from.

Competitive research • Vendor research • Market research • Comparisons • Recommendations • Briefs • Data organization • Opportunity research

Special Projects

And then there is everything that doesn't belong in a neat little service box.

A new idea. A broken process. An event. A launch. A presentation due Friday. A tool nobody has figured out. A pile of information that needs to become something useful. A project that has been sitting on the list for six months because nobody quite owns it.

That is usually where I am most useful.

HOW I WORK

From “this needs to happen…” to “it's done.”

You don't need to arrive with a polished scope of work. Sometimes you know exactly what you need. Sometimes you just know something isn't working, something is missing, or something needs to finally get done. I can start there.

01

Understand the outcome

What are you actually trying to accomplish? I learn what needs to change, who the project affects, what already exists, what constraints matter, and what finished needs to look like.

02

Find what's missing

Before jumping into production, I look for dependencies, unanswered questions, broken handoffs, missing information, unnecessary work, and the things most likely to become problems later.

03

Do the work

Then I move it forward. Research, writing, design, systems, coordination, automation, troubleshooting, organization—whatever the project actually requires.

04

Close the loop

A first draft isn't the finish line. I review, test, clean up loose ends, document what matters, and make sure what gets delivered is actually usable.

THE PART THAT'S HARDER TO SHOW IN A PORTFOLIO

I pay attention.

To the sentence that contradicts another page.

The button that goes nowhere.

The process that only works because one person remembers every step.

The request made two meetings ago that quietly disappeared.

The spreadsheet everyone uses but nobody trusts.

The tiny inconsistency that makes the finished work feel less polished.

The thing that technically works but still isn't finished.

Attention to detail isn't just proofreading.

It's understanding enough of the whole project to notice when something doesn't make sense.

The goal isn't to finish my part. The goal is to make the project work.

A GOOD FIT

Especially useful when you're wearing too many hats.

I work particularly well with founders, small businesses, consultants, professional service firms, and lean teams where important work regularly crosses traditional job boundaries.

01

Important projects keep losing to day-to-day work.

02

One outcome currently requires coordinating several different people.

03

You need someone who can take a rough goal and figure out the path forward.

04

You have good people, but nobody has the bandwidth to own this particular project.

05

You need execution without adding another full-time role.

06

You keep saying, “I really need to get that done.”

KEEP IT SIMPLE

Start with the project, not the package.

You don't need to decide whether something counts as operations, digital, automation, marketing, or a “special project” before reaching out.

Tell me what you're trying to accomplish, what's getting in the way, and what you already have.

I'll figure out the right way to approach it from there.

Flexible support — $40/hour

Useful for evolving projects, ongoing support, overflow work, and projects where the exact scope develops as I go.

Remote collaboration

Built for founders, small businesses, and lean teams that don't need another person sitting in the office to get meaningful work done.
