SPECIAL PROJECTS X

What is sitting on your desk that needs to get done?

I take on the business projects that keep getting delayed because they need too many different skills, too much follow-through, or simply more attention than you have left to give them.

Website updates + landing pages
AI agents + automation
Email campaigns + marketing
Presentations + proposals
Systems + process cleanup
Content + client materials
Conference + event projects

WHY THIS WORK GETS STUCK

You do not need six contractors. You need someone who can connect the pieces.

A lot of business projects are not really “web projects” or “marketing projects” or “operations projects.” They are all of those things at once. SPX is built for exactly that kind of work.

I figure things out.

Messy brief, unfamiliar tool, missing process, incomplete idea — I can research, learn, build, and move the project forward.

I catch details.

The project gets reviewed as a finished business asset, not just checked off as a completed task.

I use AI intelligently.

AI accelerates the work where it should. Human judgment, context, creativity, and quality control stay in the loop.

I finish.

Deadlines, follow-up, loose ends, final QA, and the last 10% that so often keeps work from actually launching.

Connected project work across multiple businesses

WHAT THIS CAN TURN INTO

One need became work across four businesses.

For one founder, the work expanded across jury consulting, therapy, ALS support, and an annual medical conference — including operations, websites, training, content, systems, communication, and event execution.

That did not happen because the client needed another generic assistant. It happened because I kept learning the business, spotting what needed to happen next, and building it.
